EXCHANGE POLICY
At Smart Dukaan, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a smooth and easy exchange process to ensure you get the fragrance you love.
Exchange Eligibility:
- You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition
- Product should be in its original packaging.
Exchange Process:

- Our team will guide you through the process.
- Exchanges are usually processed within 7-14 working days.
Delivery Charges:
- Customers are responsible for exchange delivery charges.
- In case of damaged product, we will cover all delivery costs.
Important Note:
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
